- Model IVT1000 is a small vacuum unit, ideal for clean room environments, where maximum sterilization and full contamination control are standard requirements. It is small, quiet, and can be completely sterilized, the right solution for recovering small quantities of toxic (or even potentially lethal) powder. Modularity Thanks to its modular construction, the IVT1000 can be easily disassembled and thoroughly inspected/cleaned. The practical and safe locking clamps ensure air-tight sealing and quick and easy servicing operations. Safety first Thanks to the new filter-ring, changing the main filter today is safer: the filter never touches the ground and no powder comes into contact with any surface. Maximum sterilization All accessories are made of stainless steel or high-resistance silicon. This means that hoses, hand-tools and nozzles can all be fully sterilized in autoclave at 130°C. H-class version Model IVT1000 can also be provided in class H, thanks to its stainless steel 316 construction, its powder disposal mechanism with safe-bag, and the possibility of fitting an upstream HEPA filter (class H13). In this version the IVT1000 is suitable for use inside the strictest of cleanrooms.
