FSW5 can be modified by optional accessory 232841 debris hopper for synthetic surfaces which, when fitted, allows costly silica sand to return to surface during course of sweeper cleaning the surface.
Sand infill for synthetic surfaces, typically, specialized silica sand is essential for maintaining, stabilizing, and extending the life of artificial turf. It provides necessary ballast, keeps fibers upright, aids in drainage, and adds fire resistance. Commonly used on 2G and 3G pitches, it enhances durability and safety by reducing wrinkles and ensuring a consistent, high-performance surface.

Small sweeper, easy to use and maintain
FSW5 is a walk-behind, battery-powered sweeper, available with or without traction. It is designed to make the operator’s work as easy as possible, to enhance productivity. Use is made simple by the few, intuitive controls, and more convenient by the exceptional manoeuvrability and the possibility of adjusting the handle height, according to the user’s needs. The debris hopper has a large capacity and is easy to empty. Debris hopper 232841 available for using to allow sand flowback maintenance and grip back to synthetic surfaces, padel, badminton, tennis court and synthetic (plastic grass) football pitch.
The machine body, moulded in high-density polyethylene, is wrap-around and equipped with side bumpers, to protect all the components inside. It can be completely opened, thus providing a full visibility and access, in order to ease any intervention on the machine. Maintenance is easy, with no tools required, not even for adjusting and replacing the brushes.
FSW5 can be equipped with the multi-stage air filtering system Safe Air, made of a panel filter and a HEPA filter, which cleans the air before returning it back into the environment, making the surrounding space safer for the operator and the people who live in it. The optional electric filter shaker helps keep the filter clean, increasing productivity.
It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor spaces, even cluttered, such as driveways, car parks, warehouses, and in industrial, HoReCa and automotive sectors, as well as petrol stations.

STURDY AND RESISTANT
The body of Fimap’s FSW5 is moulded from high-density polyethylene and is wraparound to protect all the components inside. Bumpers positioned at the most exposed points provide additional protection. The debris hopper is just as robust, moulded from injection-moulded plastic.
KEEP RESULTS OVER TIME
To achieve consistent cleaning performance, it is essential to ensure that the brush is always in contact with the floor. Over time, wear and tear on the brush can change the height from the ground, compromising the result. Adjusting the position of the brush of Fimap’s FSW5 is very easy, by means of a convenient knob that can be gripped and turned by hand without any tools.
