Electrostatic hygienization technology

E-Spray is a professional device that atomizes sanitizing solutions on surfaces. It is lightweight and very convenient because it is powered by a lithium battery that allows you to sanitize for several hours, freely and anywhere, without being tied down by a cable.

It is available in two versions: E-Spray, which is suitable for non-intensive and targeted use on small, mainly flat areas, and E-Spray Electrostatic, which uses electrostatic technology and is suitable for extended use on uneven surfaces, with hard-to-reach sides and many hidden spots, and where there are several objects that need a 360-degree disinfection.

Why do you need E-Spray Electrostatic?

Germs and bacteria are very quick to spread and settle in tight corners and hidden spots. Disinfecting effectively by hand takes a very long time and requires prohibitive costs. In addition, there are many areas that are difficult to disinfect properly, such as computer keyboards and telephones in offices, or checkouts in supermarkets or shops.
An electrostatically charged spray can reach the entire targeted area evenly, right down to the most hidden points. The cloud of charged particles completely envelops the surface and sanitizes every part of it.

How does it work?

Electrostatic hygienization allows to coat a surface quickly and evenly with a sanitizing solution. The electrostatic applicator provides an electrical charge to the solution. The charged molecules repel each other, so they keep an even distance from each other but, at the same time, they are attracted to the surface to be treated. The strength of the charged particles is greater than that of gravity, so they are immediately attracted by the surface and do not fall to the ground.
The attraction therefore ensures that all the particles of the solution settle on the surface, thus creating a 360-degree coverage, without leaving out any areas.

E-SPRAY
The non-electrostatic version of E-Spray is suited for those who are looking for a professional product to spray disinfectant solutions on small portions of surfaces without the need for a 360-degree sanitizing coverage. It is recommended for short interventions on small, mainly flat areas in restaurants, small hotels, wellness centres, and medical offices. In addition to disinfectant solutions, it can also be used for spraying deodorants, fertilizers and pesticide.

HOW THE ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE WORKS
Spraying disinfectant liquid with electrostatic charge creates a cloud that completely envelops the objects at 360°. The particles of the charged disinfectant solution are attracted by the object on which they are directed, so they are brought to settle immediately on each point, without falling to the ground or creating drips. As they repel each other, they are kept at a constant distance that ensures uniform coverage, sanitizing the entire surface.

WHAT HAPPENS WITHOUT ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE
When the liquid is sprayed without an electrostatic charge, the particles join together to form droplets of various sizes, so the distribution is uneven, and drips can then follow. Also, the liquid only settles within the spray range, leaving other areas uncovered.

HOW ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE WORKS
Whereas with an electrostatic charge the sprayed liquid creates a sanitizing cloud in which the particles are kept at a constant distance from each other so that they cannot join, thus avoiding dripping. The object is wrapped 360° providing a high-quality sanitization.

AVOIDS CROSS-CONTAMINATION
Since no drips are produced, the solution dries quickly, and wiping is not necessary. This avoids the possibility of contamination between surfaces, making the procedure effective and safe.

Lithium-ion battery provides great convenience, allowing to move anywhere without being tied down by a cable. It is possible to carry out several interventions, always carrying E-Spray with you, even changing environment, and sanitize up to 8 hours continuously.

SAVE SANITIZING SOLUTION
Compared to sprayers without electrostatic technology, Fimap’s E-Spray Electrostatic makes you save up to 65% of sanitizing solution. Non-electrostatic spraying, in fact, reaches only the portion of surface within the range of action of the spray, leaving out all the space around it. Therefore, to reach hidden sides it is necessary to continue spraying from all angles. With E-Spray, on the other hand, it is the electrostatic charge that brings the particles to all sides of an object, enveloping it completely, using less solution.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FOR PROPER MAINTENANCE
On the label that wraps around the tank, the quick instructions are displayed, so that operator will always have them within reach. They show the steps to be taken for E-Spray preparation and maintenance, which are essential to protect its efficiency and ensure consistent performance at every operation.

CUSTOMIZED INSTRUCTIONS
Label on the cap allows you to write customized information for use, such as the dilution percentage and the type of chemical needed, so you can ensure proper dosing.

BACKPACK WITH ADDITIONAL TANK
The optional Long-Range backpack contains a 2-liter bag tank. This means that twice as much disinfectant solution is available as in the standard 1-liter tank. It is useful for long sanitizing operations, when it’s not possible to refill the tank while moving from one space to another. It is equipped with adjustable straps for a better fit to the body. It can be attached to the gun via an elastic strap which optimizes the weight distribution.
