PASSWORDS

We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

PRODUCTS

Products are displayed as accurately as possible, although products may appear slightly differently on customer's computers/mobile devices

AVAILABILITY

Every effort is made to ensure that our website shows the true availability of stock. However, should an administrative error occur and an item ordered be out of stock, we will notify you by email to advise on a course of action. We should hopefully be able to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. We Machines2clean reserve the right to change prices, terms and product specifications without notice.

PAYMENTS

We accept online payments through our shop checkout using Paypal, which accepts most credit & debit cards. Payment in full must be received prior to dispatch of order.

Orders will be acknowledged by email once complete.

POSTAGE/CARRIAGE

Unless otherwise stated the price quoted does not include delivery.

We currently offer standard delivery throughout the UK priced at £15.00 per product.

We are happy to post world-wide, please contact us to order and find out the cost.

DELIVERY 

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days. TNT courier available for next day delivery

We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise from not receiving the order on a specified day.

Should an administrative error occur and an item ordered be out of stock, we will notify you by email to advise on a course of action. We should hopefully be able to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in resalable condition. 

If a damaged or incorrect product is received, Machines2clean  will offer either, exchange or full refund, including both inward and outward delivery costs (if applicable). 

For all returns, it is recommended that the customer obtains a certificate of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
